4. Orders and Pricing

By submitting an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

In the event of a pricing error on the Site, we are not obligated to honour the incorrect price and will contact you to offer the correct price or a full refund.

5. Payment

We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. Krupt Supps does not store your full payment card details.

Your payment is processed at the time of placing your order. For subscription orders, payment is processed automatically at the start of each billing cycle.

Chargebacks and Disputed Transactions

We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. If you dispute a charge with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:

• Permanently ban your account and any associated accounts from placing future orders
• Pursue recovery of the disputed amount through available legal or debt recovery channels
• Report the matter to relevant fraud prevention services

If you have a genuine issue with a charge, please contact us first at team@kruptsupps.com and we will work to resolve it promptly. Initiating a chargeback is not a substitute for contacting us directly.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship Australia-wide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery time frames are displayed at checkout. Time frames are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Krupt Supps is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, natural events, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon dispatch from our warehouse. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at team@kruptsupps.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Krupt Supps is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Returns and Refunds

Krupt Supps does not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. All sales are final.

We will, however, offer a replacement or refund in the following circumstances:

• The product arrives damaged or defective
• The product is incorrect (wrong item or flavour dispatched)
• The product is faulty

To be eligible, you must contact us at team@kruptsupps.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be assessed by our team before a replacement or refund is approved. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of any damage or defect.

All refunds and remedies are provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

8. Subscriptions

Overview

Krupt Supps offers a subscription service that allows customers to receive recurring deliveries of selected products at a discounted rate. By subscribing, you agree to the terms set out in this section.

Minimum Subscription Term

All subscriptions are subject to a minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive billing cycles. Cancellation requests submitted before the completion of three full billing cycles will not be accepted, and charges for the remaining cycles within the minimum term will continue to be processed as scheduled.

Billing and Payments

Your subscription will be billed automatically at the frequency selected at checkout (e.g. every 28 days). Payment will be charged to your nominated payment method on the scheduled billing date. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details are current and valid. If a payment fails, we reserve the right to retry the charge or pause your subscription until payment is resolved.

Krupt Supps reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Any pricing changes will take effect from your next billing cycle following notification.

Flavour and Product Changes

You may update your flavour selection or product variant at any time through your Krupt Supps account. To ensure your change is applied to your upcoming order, all amendments must be made no later than three (3) days before your next scheduled delivery date. Changes submitted after this cut-off will take effect on the following delivery cycle.

Pausing and Rescheduling

You may pause or reschedule your subscription through your account portal. Any pause or reschedule requests must be submitted no later than three (3) days before your next scheduled delivery date to be applied to that cycle.

Cancellation After Minimum Term

Once your minimum three-month term has been completed, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting our support team at team@kruptsupps.com. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least three (3) days before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the following cycle. No refunds will be issued for orders that have already been processed or dispatched at the time of cancellation.

Shipping

Subscription orders are fulfilled and shipped in accordance with our standard shipping terms. Krupt Supps is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances outside of our control.

Refunds and Returns on Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are subject to our standard refund and returns policy outlined in Section 7. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Modifications to Subscription Terms

Krupt Supps reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the subscription program at any time. Where material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice to active subscribers via email.
